Indonesia citizen was born in Jakarta on November 27, 1967. Held the position as the Company’s President Commissioner since year 2003, previously as Managing Partner in PT Victoria Investindo Advisory (2002-2003) and joined with Panin Group (1993-2000). Began his career in some local banks since 1992. Received Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno USA in 1992.

Idrus Hermawan Widjajakusuma | Independent Commissioner
Indonesia citizen was born in Malang on June 10, 1969. Held the position as the Company’s Commissioner since 2003. Previously as Senior Manager in PT Victoria Investindo Advisory (2001-2003), Group Head Corporate Finance Division of PT Panin Overseas Finance Tbk (1996-2001). Began his career in PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk as manager in Commercial Bank Division since 1995. Received Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio State University Columbus, Ohio, United States in 1992.

Orias Petrus Moedak | President Director
Born in Kupang on August 26th 1967, Orias Petrus Moedak graduated with a bachelor degree in Accounting from Economic Faculty of Universitas Padjadjaran in 1990. He started his career in 1991 as Senior Auditor for Ernst and Young International. His involvement in Capital market begin in 1994 at PT Bahana Securities from 1994 until the year 2001. After that, from 2001 to 2002 he was appointed as Director in PT Bahana Artha Ventura while at the same time act as Commissioner in a number of venture capital companies in Medan, Bandung, Makassar and Jakarta. Prior to joining PT Reliance Securities, Tbk, he was the Managing Director of PT Danareksa Sekuritas, Tbk until the end of March 2008.

Nicky Hogan | Vice President Director
Indonesia citizen, was born in Sambas on October 14th 1968. Held the position as Company Vice President Director since 2007. Previously was a Managing Director at PT Valbury Asia Securities (2001-2007). Started the career in stock market at 1998 at PT Sarijaya Permana Sekuritas with last position as Operational Director. Received his Bachelor Degree in Accounting study from Tarumanagara University in 1991.

Herry Harto | Director
Indonesia citizen was born in Jakarta on June 23, 1974.  Held the position as the Company’s Director since 2004, where previously worked in PT Valbury Asia Securities (previously known as PT Caturpilar Investama) (2001-2004), PT United Capital Indonesia (2000-2001), PT Sarijaya Securities (1997-2000). Received his Economy Bachelor Degree for Accounting study from Tarumanagara University in 1997.

Stefanus P. Susanto | Director
Born in Jakarta on November 21st 1958, this graduate of Economic Faculty of Universitas Indonesia started his long-standing career as a Consultant for PT Hasfarm Dian Konsultan and as an Economic Specialist for United States Agency for International Development (USAID). His leadership skill was greatly enhanced during his tenure as a General Manager in PT Agung Concern. He garnered invaluable experience in industrial production while concurrently holding the position of Executive Director in 2 factories and ended up taking the factories suceesfully going through IPO process. He also used to be a chairman in several trading firms and financial institutions. In addition, he professed his undying love for economic literature by taking up role as a Columnist, Writer, Editor, and Translator at Bank Indonesia. In the run-up to the 1998 Economic crisis Ekonomi tepat pada 11 Desember 1997, he wrote an article published in December 11, 1997 by Far Easter Economic Review magazine that give stern warning to people about the impeding doom if economic crisis ever occur in Indonesia. Throughout the period of 1999-2006 he worked for Danareksa as Vice President, Chief Economist, and Head of Danareksa Research Institute. Prior to joining PT Reliance Securities Tbk, he was the Chief Local Representative of Mori Financial Institute which headquaertered in Tokyo, Japan, as well as being a Strategist in Vibiz Learning Center.
